Orders are shipped from Paradise Point, Queensland, Australia.

Shipping is available through Australia Post. Available services and delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, parcel size and weight.

Most in-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Custom, personalised and made-to-order sculptures may require additional production time. Estimated completion times will be discussed or shown on the product listing where applicable.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by Australia Post and may vary depending on destination and service selected.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
